Make sure you have windows installed on your USB as per Step 1 in normal reinstallation.
1- Turn on PC, spam the [Del] key continuously to enter the BIOS menu.
2- Select [SETTINGS] → [Advanced] → [SATA mode] as [RAID/Optane Mode]
3- Press [F10] → Select [Yes] to save and exit, your PC will restart on its own.
4- repeat step 1 again, and boot into BIOS menu.,
5- Select [SETTINGS] → [Advanced]→ select [Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology]
6- Select [Create RAID Volume]
7- Select [RAID Level]: RAID0 or Volume if available.
8- Select all available disks. then Click [create Volume]
1- Turn on PC, spam the [Del] key continuously to enter the BIOS menu. [EZ Mode],check the connect drive in Storage Information.
2- Press F7 key and enter [Advanced Mode].
3- Click [PCH Storage Configuration] item on the advanced page.
4- Click [SATA Mode Selection] item and set to [Intel RST Premium With Intel Optane System Acceleration(RAID)].
5- click [M.2_1 PCIE Storage RAID Support] and set to [RST Controlled]
6- Click [M.2_2 PCIE Storage RAID Support] (YES THIS IS A DIFFERENT STEP) and set to[RST Controlled]
7- Enter [Boot] page and set [Launch CSM] to [Disabled]
8- Press F10 key and click OK then the system will restart on its own.
9- Press [del] key after the system reboot and enter BIOS [EZ Mode]
10- Press F7 key and enter [Advanced Mode] as below picture.
11- Click [Advanced] page and click [Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology] .
12- Click [Create RAID Volume].
13- Set a random RAID name and choose RAID Level: RAID0 or Volume if available.
14- Select all available disks.
15- Click [Create Volume] to create RAID.
1- Turn on PC, spam the [Del] key continuously to enter the BIOS menu.
2- Go to Peripherals\SATA And RST Configuration → make sure SATA Controller(s) is enabled.
3- set SATA Mode Selection → Intel RST Premium With Intel Optane System Acceleration.
4- In BIOS Setup, go to BIOS tab → set CSM Support → Disabled.
5- Save the changes and exit BIOS Setup.
6- After the system restarts, enter BIOS Setup again. Then enter the Peripherals\Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology sub-menu, then press [Enter] on Create RAID Volume.
7- Enter a random volume name with 1-16 letters (letters cannot be special characters/ please do not use stuff like dick/n1gger/funny names) under the name and press [Enter].
8- select RAID0 or Volume if available. Next, use the down arrow key to move to Select Disks.
9- Under Select Disks item, select all hard drives to be included in the RAID array. Press the [Space] key on the hard drives to be selected (selected hard drives are marked with "X").
10- Move to Create Volume and press [Enter] to begin.
11- Check if RAID volumes are created.
